We ship plants anywhere, and can likely send you plants no matter where in the world you happen to live.
Regularly ship to over 40 countries and territories, with various choices of export.
International shipping for over 10 years with great success, and only few problems. The more time flies, the more experiences we get
We provide two options of international shipping;
Non-Paperwork shipment: Totally at customer's risk. Possible for a small order.
Legitimated shipment: We generally provide a Phytosanitary Certificate written by export plant quarantine (on behalf of Thailand Department of Agriculture). This is the basic document required for import plant material. The cost of it is $40.00 per shipment. We provide this document and other necessary paperwork at no cost for ordering over $400.00 (not included shipping and relevant charges). Note that the process usually takes 4-5 working days. If you place order earlier this week by 12 a.m. Wednesday, your order will be shipped next week, or the following week after this cut-off time. Expected schedule can be seen on the website Homepage.
You provide us with import permit, if necessary. Some countries require an import permit to accompany the plants being shipped. Check with your local authorities to see if you need an import permit. You may mail, scan and email to us. Please note that permits must have English translation for proper phyto documents to be written.

Export by mail has strong possibility of loss in customs and/or postal operation. We recommend to ship via air-cargo direct to Domodedovo Airport (DME) and Sheremetyevo Airport (SVO).
We also always send domestic shipments to many clients when they spent holiday times here (self-bringing back). Shipping charges are much cheaper than international orders. Contact us if you are interested.

How we ship
We select only reliable couriers, with 3 shipping options
Private courier
The fastest and most reliable service initially used during the Covid-19 pandemic. With great success, it had been improved some obstacles and continued offering since then. We combine several orders to one shipment and send it to our agents in the destination countries. They are responsible for customs clearance, import duties and other necessary processes before forwarding the orders to local clients via DHL, FedEx, UPS or their own fleets. This option is available to Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore and United States. Note that this option is available for a legitimated (paperwork) shipment only.
Express mail (EMS)
Fast and reliable service operated by Thailand Post and handover to destination country posts, guarantee delivery in 3-5 days to Asia, Europe, Africa and Oceania, and 6-8 days to America. However, it does not available for all destinations, particularly in remoted areas.
Priority mail
Available to more destinations than express mail. Usually takes 5-7 days to Asia, 7-12 days to Europe, Africa and Oceania, and 12-18 days to America. This is a good choice for areas that express mail service is not accessible. Also a good saver choice for sending hard leaf plants during spring-summer months.
Express and Priority Mail are tracking-provided services and require a signature for release. Tracking number and other information will be updated by email once a shipment has been dispatched from our nurseries.
A shipment proceed via Express and Priority Mail, typically it is marked as merchandise (ornamental plants), unless instructed otherwise. This means invoice and packing list will be packed with your order! You may or may not be subject to duties or import taxes on your purchases. All documents will be attached to the box side in clear envelope. If you want to omit or do not want documents sent this way, you MUST tell us in advance.
Non-paperwork shipment will be sent without any documents. Package will be claimed as gift or commercial sample.
Larger orders, especially for wholesalers, we do ship via airlines freight, which is the more economy courier than air-mail for larger volume. By choosing this option, you may need to arrange an import broker for customs clearance upon arrival. It is also advised to be planned far enough in advance to have enough time reserving flights, freight cartage, etc.
