What we ship
สำหรับการจัดส่งในประเทศ ไม้กระถางทุกชนิดจัดส่งทั้งกระถาง เราจัดส่งเฉพาะไม้ที่แข็งแรง ปราศจากโรคและแมลง ลูกค้าสามารถชมตัวอย่างของพันธุ์ไม้ที่จัดส่งได้ในรายการไม้แต่ละชนิดที่ปรากฏอยู่ในแคตาล็อก หรือในรูปตัวอย่างด้านล่าง
We ship only healthy, pest-free plants, typically in bared root, unless have permission to ship in potted. Our bared root plants are actually not bared root by washing. Because of using sterile, soil-less medium such as peat, perlite, vermiculite and sphagnum, a little media accompanied with roots is acceptable by most countries. We just remove pot and 2/3 of the media. This makes them easier for repotting and faster recovery. The plants are also professionally packed by our experienced staffs.
For long leaf or succulent plants, we reserve rights to trim or remove some oversized leaves to ensure they can be fitted into our packaging safely without damages during transport.
Safe packaging and delivery places a limit on the size of the plants that we can ship. Shown below are representative examples of what we typically ship.

Similar to potted plant, the growing media is removed from the portions and sprayed with rooting hormone before packing in a sealed plastic container. See the examples of what we typically ship below;

Wise or Wire transfer Wise application will help you send a remittance without hassles. However, if you are accustomed with the regular wire transfer, simply print out our global inward form being sent to your email after received your order confirmation and present at any local bank counters to make a cash deposit directly to our bank account.
Western Union Another secure and convenient cardless payment channel can used at numerous agents around the world. Simply fill in a form with our information and inform us a MTCN number when the transaction is completed.
When we Ship

We ship weekly on Monday-Wednesday. Orders confirmed (with cleared payment) after 12 a.m. Friday are shipped the following week, unless instructed otherwise. If you must change or cancel your order you must do so by 12 a.m. Thursday of the week of shipment. After this time order will have been boxed and/or shipped and a restocking fee of 10% may apply

We guarantee safe delivery for ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SENT BY OUR PRIVATE COURIER. If plants arrive dead or heavily damaged, inform us within 48 hours of receiving order. Any damage due to shipment will be evident within a day or two. If this is the case, we will either reship plants or issue a refund. For international orders that are not shipped via our private courier, because we can never predict the actions of customs or delivery people in your country, they are sent at customer's risk.
We do our best to carefully pack your plants so they will arrive in good condition. Things outside our control and traits unique to the individual plant can make some damage occur. Please expect this. Some sensitive plants, especially begonias, gesneriads, melastomataceae and pipers, they sometimes may arrive with some wilt and loose leaves. Give them some time to adjust. Most important is not to panic. The first thing to do after unpacking is following our culture sheet generated with the tracking number notification email message.
We guarantee that all plants received will be "true to description". However, small variation in appearance can be expected due to differences in environment and care. If a plant is entirely different in appearance or manner, let us know and we will replace this plant at no cost.
What We Cannot Guarantee
Import difficulties Whether release the package or not is solely at your local authorities discretion. We cannot responsible if package was seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or quarantine. We provide export documents as much as we can but it does not guarantee that there are not any hassles upon arrival. For sure, check with your local authorities to see the latest measures and regulations before placing your order, particularly if you are from the following countries; Australia, Brazil, China, India, Korea and Taiwan.
Duties or Import taxes For legitimated shipment (with proper export paperwork) we must claim your order as they are and mark the value as it is. We are able to do in vice versa for non-paperwork shipments, but do not guarantee your shipment will not be taxable. Typically a shipment is marked as merchandise (ornamental plants), unless instructed otherwise. This means invoice and packing list will be packed with your order! You may or may not be subject to duties or import taxes on your purchases. All documents will be attached to the box side in clear envelope. If you want to omit or do not want documents sent this way, you MUST tell us in advance. For any non-paperwork shipments, they will be sent without any documents. Package will be claimed as gift or commercial sample.
Invalid mailing address We are also not responsible for nondelivery to invalid mailing addresses. Make sure the address provided on the Order Form is correct and a valid with your local post.
We cannot guarantee that plants you receive will grow well and live forever. This is up to you. We grow all of what we sell and sell only those plants that have proven to do well for us. We cannot grow them for you. Please see overview of plant care at the top of each page in our catalog and further details on an item's description, or call/email to us, we will try the best to help.
Plants are perishable items. Please do not return them to us in the mail. They will only perish in their long return trip and will be of no value when we get them. If you have any question concerning your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of its receipt. After that we will presume that they arrived safely and you are now responsible for their care.
We reserve the right to refuse an order, should we be asked to provide something that is not possible to provide, or cannot fill an order to the customer's satisfaction
