Our selection of the broad leaf type by sporeling. It has wider (6" across) fronds that can grow to 3 ft. long! The shield fronds are also wider, up to 4” across. It is a tight grower lots of new growth usually rise at same time, creating a spectacular specimen.
As a seasonal plant, this fern may rest (leafless) from late January to early May. It is advised to keep the pot fairly dry (water once a week) during its dormancy and start the regular practices when seeing new growth emerges.
