An unidentified species occurs in woodland forest of Northern Thailand. It has hard and glossy, wing shaped fronds, reaching 10-12" arise from black stout creeping rhizomes. Does well both in pot and mounted on a tree-fern plaque. If grown in pot, try to use very coarse, porous media. This species is a seasonal plant that rest (leafless) from early January to early May. During the dormancy, it needs less water (just enough to keep media around roots moist).
Offered are divisions, established in 4" pot
