Microgramma percussa is a wide-ranging species occurs throughout the neotropics. This selection is from Ecuador, characterized by elongated wavy fronds with attractive outlines of sori that are very conspicuously tattooed on the upper leaf surfaces like those of Microgramma lycopodioides and some others.
Seem fairly easy to grow under intermediate conditions and makes for an attractive conversation piece when grown as a hanging plant. Also, an excellent subject for terrariums and vivariums. Does best in pure high-quality sphagnum.
