Obtained this gorgeous fern from a plant show in the Philippines. It seems to be a sport of some native species, with 1" across weeping fronds in deep forest green, reaching 2 ft. each terminates with fabulous crests.
Does best in basket culture. Avoid excessive humidity; best with good air movementto prevent rot and algae buildup in the interior of these thick multi-layered fronds. Regular pruning and fertilizing promotes growth and keep it in beautiful form.
