Another jewel vining Piper that bears velvety, heart shaped foliage in deep green with mottled silver and pink sparkles. Undersides are tinted in wine-red. Our selection is the type collected from Sarawak, Northern Borneo that have more pink pixment when compared with plants from other sources.
Unlike the more common species like Piper ornatum, this specie is a tight grower and rather challenge to grow. Relatively high humidity and perfect air movement is major key to success
Offered are cutting-grown plants, established in 3" pot
