This cool miniature species hails from southern China south to Malaysia. Its 3" glossy, leathery, lancelate fronds in pale green, deep green veins and edged in black color emerge from golden wiry rhizomes. Undersides of the fronds have orange sori, which runs the length of the upper leaf.
Not invasive not rampant like other species of the genus. Does best in high quality sphagnum and prefers lapse between watering.
